Yes, with GOb2b, your customers can upload bulk orders using a simple CSV file. This file will contain stock codes and quantities to have them priced, stock checked and added to the basket. This will reduce order time and make the checkout process much easier.

The process is very simple and once a customer has done it for the first time it will become second nature. Step-by-step
help on creating and uploading the file is provided.

If you upgrade your system with Sage, Pegasus or Interprise to a new version we will upgrade your GOb2b system to match at no extra charge.

All of Gob2b pricing packages provide all the features you need to successfully grow your eCommerce business from the start. Gob2b is designed for medium and small companies who sell to other businesses and we understand the functionality you need to do that well. We know your processes may be unique or complex, you may have a vast array of stock items, pricing catalogues with many discount structures and shipping options, that’s what we are here for. We want to get you up and running fast and ready to grow your eCommerce business, you don’t have to do this alone, we will work with you to make it happen.

GOb2b onboarding includes access to a customer onboarding specialist to help with the setup and/or implementation of your GOb2b subscription and integrated eCommerce site.

The onboarding support will consist of phone conversations, email-based support, and any other activities related to the branding, setup and implementation of your site including the integration with your chosen accounting or ERP package. Onboarding is delivered remotely.

If you have accounting system integration, a lot of the vital product information such as product names, descriptions, images, nominal information, part numbers, barcodes and pricing can be pulled through automatically from your accounting software to your GOb2b website. This is providing the information is in your accounting system.

There is an additional option to bulk upload products from a CSV file which our onboarding team will provide and support you to upload your products.

Yes, as we develop out GOb2b platform, new features and upgrades will be made available to you as part of your contract price. Some of these will just happen, others will need a change to your website and in this case we we will provide a quotation for the labour to implement the change, the feature itself is free.

Yes, all our sites are fully responsive and work across all devices – desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile phones. This means that GOb2b is designed to work the exact same way across all devices.

We don’t limit our product on the number of users you have or the number of stock items or transactions, we want you to grow without limits.
